The company for which we created this JotForm account is no more, so we would like to close all the accounts associated. When I am trying to change the package to free or trying to close the account, I am not able to do so. Can you please assist with the same ?

Since you have requested, I have canceled the active subscription in your account effective immediately. I have also deleted the account as part of your request.
