NOT receiving contact form submissions

I am not receiving submissions from my contact form? Can you help?

I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have added condition in form to check if the "Message" field is filled, then send submission emails to danny.roldan@mssm.edu. 

I checked our email logs and found that the submission emails are being sent successfully. Please check the logs below:

Have you checked your SPAM folder already/ Please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails ended up there. You may also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist our IP address to ensure delivery of emails. If the issue persists,  I would suggest you to please use your own email address with SMTP to send submission emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to use your own SMTP setting:  https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
