Sub-user account: Shared forms & folder is not being displayed in my account.

    Hi.. I am a subaccount of another account at our business. How come i don't see all of his forms? On his his account he has a folder labeled EVAC5700 but when I login I don't see this folder? How can he share this folder with me?

    I did check your account and I was able to see the shared folder "EVAC5700" which displays all shared forms. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please sign out from your account and then sign in again. If the issue persists, I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and then sign in again to your JotForm account.
