Thank you page: Show Repsonder Name

Hi,

How can I define that responder name would be included in the 'Thanks you' message?

I wish to send a "Membership card" to form responders and embed their name in the card's message. What would be the best way?

If you want to display the variables on your picture, you can use inline CSS.

For example here we add the margin-top selector to move 85 pixels up:
