The emails inviting our new users has not gone through

    I have set up two new user accounts, but the email inviting them has not gone through.

    I have resent, but still nothing 

    Please could you help?

    I am not able to find any accounts registered using your email address. Could you provide us with the username or email address of your account and the email addresses that you want to add as your sub-account users so that we can take a look to assist you further.
