The excel downloaded from a form doesn't show the IP and ID column

Hi,

When I am in "my forms", and I select "ver envíos", then appears options to download.

In the lower table, I choose that shows the column IP and the colum ID.

When I download the excel file this doesn't show the IP and ID column

How Can I do that the excel file show the IP and ID column?

Please see the athached images

Check both ID and IP from the settings option. That should do it;
