I recently got an email saying my jot form account was over quota. I went to the jot form page to look/upgrade but had forgotten my password. When I requested to reset it I never received the reset email and so now I cannot access my account at all. Can you please help me get it back up and running? If I have to upgrade that's fine.

You can use the "Forgot Password" button in www.jotform.com to reset your password.
Provide the same email address you just mentioned, and it should send there a reset instruction.
Yes, your current free account is on 'overlimit' status already due to exceeds in uploads limit.
Once you are able to login, you can upgrade using this link
