The checkbox options won't line up

I if the text for a check box is too long, it will automatically insert a line feed to the next line - leaving the box and the text on separate lines. Where can I fix this so the box and text line up? Please look at the DOG ADOPTION CONTRACT form.

Upon checking, I can see that the options are aligned properly with the checkboxes. Here's a screenshot of the form in Live Mode:
