Need help with adding a signature for final receipt

My form is set up so that students answer the questions, then the faculty replies and makes comments (any way to put faculty comments headers in RED?), and then once the faculty submits their comments, I would like the students to review the final document and sign it. I cant figure out how to get the final email to send back to the student with the signature required.

I inspected your form and your Autoresponder Email is conditional. It will be send to your studentes only when 'Final Review Complete by Advisor' is equal to YES.

However, your form does not have a signature field, so I am not exactly sure what should your students sign. If you want that the form is signed by your students after the advisor reviews the submissions, you should add a signature field to your form and send your students the edit link via the Autoresponder email.

You can check our signature widgets here: https://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature

Regarding your other question - It is possible to change the color of headings and field labels with the CSS. Please open a separate thread and provide more details about your request. Tell us the names of the fields for which you want to change the color and we will provide you the CSS code and tell you how to add it to your form.
