How to clone customized submission PDF template?

Hi,

Every month, I host a conference at the end of which the participants have to fill out a conference evaluation form. For the first time, for the coming conference on January 9th, I created the form, as well as a formatted pdf that will be sent to each participant with his/her data from the form, i.e. some certificate that he/she will be able to use as a proof of attendance. I did it using the pdf formatting in the "View submissions" section of Jotform. I read that when cloning the form (that is for the next conference in February), it is not possible to also clone the pdf to be sent to the participants. Is that still the case? Any suggestion so I don't have to create a new pdf template every time there is a new conference?

Yes your understanding is correct. If you edit the submission PDF template of a form and then clone the form, the customised submission PDF is not available in the cloned form.

The only possibility is to customize the submission PDF of the cloned form as well. Alternatively, you can continue to use the original form where you have customised the submission PDF.
