Changes to my jotform not reflected on my website

I've updated my jotform that I use on my Weebly website but when I re-publish my site the changes I've made to the form are not reflected on the website.

Please advise.

When you make changes on your form you need to generate the embedded code again. If you are still having issues after that, please try to clear your forms cache.
