The sub user is unable to receive forms via email

    Th sub user id vrinda@olready.in is unable to receive email alerts of form submissions

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    With which form you are having this issue with? I did check the notification email alerts of the forms you have in your account and none of them is configured to send submission emails to vrinda@olready.in.

    Please let us know the form with which you are having this issue with and we will take a look.
