We are not using our jotform account as much and need to downgrade. I thought I had successfully done this but the credit card on file was charged.
Please downgrade account to "starter".

Your last payment is on December 6, 2017. Our system tried charging you for this month, but it failed causing it to put your account in downgrade status. Anyhow, I've completely canceled the subscription on our end. You are now on the free/starter plan.
