    The forms we have created for our sales reps to send in are now being emailed to the client. Would someone be able to assist me in figuring out how this is happening?

    This issue occurs due to setting up a wrong autoresponder recipient address as a form field. You can change the recipient email to the correct form field as you see from the picture.
