I cannot access my account

    Hi, my account has been suspended too. I can't log in so I can't know what's wrong with it. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Your form is asking for credit card information using a Basic Text field. That's the reason why your account got suspended. As per our terms of use, collecting credit card information is not allowed in JotForm.

    We need to remove the guilty fields so we can re-activate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know.

    Oh! sorry, wasn't my intention to break the terms of use. Yes, please, remove that field in order to reactivate my account. Thank you!
