When arranging conditions, Dragging conditionsdoes not work.

I attempted to click on move icon (3stacked bars on upper right corner of each condition box) and dragged to move locations, but instead of moving, it highlights fields.
Switched browsers, got other people to do it... the problem still persists.

I have tested dragging and moving different conditions and i could not replicate the issue as shown below.

Kindly ensure you have hovered over the select icon until to sign signaling you can move the condition shows.
