Every month, I have to contact your support team with this issue. We have not messed with or changed anything in the system or on the forms in over 5 months.
The issue: We receive some notifications and but not all all of them. The only way we know if a form was filled out is by having to log into JotForm.com website directly and this is getting FRUSTRATING!
What is the issue? No, emails are NOT going into our spam folder.Page URL:

I checked your account email history logs and I did not see any emails landed on our bounce list or failed to send. To view your email history logs, please open this guide.
Please contact your email service provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find the list of JotForm IP Addresses and custom domain names on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
