I created a client form back in July 2017 and i am trying to edit it.  Can I not do this

If you want to edit a form, simply select it, and click on the "Edit form" button:

If you are trying to edit a shared form, then ask the owner to grant you edit access: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
