Why is my account suspended?

    I'm having problems with my login. Why is that?

    Your account has been suspended due to violation of terms of use: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use 


    Asking for credit card information is not allowed. If you want your account to be reactivated, we will need to delete those fields first.

    Bdavid, can you please email me. I am having the same problem. Did not know I could not collect my client's cc info. I am a travel agent and at least need my client information form reactivated. Thank you.....
