How can I upgrade without doing an annual fee as I only use JotForm a couple of months out of the year. Currently, I am out of storage.

The subscription service is available in Monthly, Yearly and Bi-Yearly payment schedule plan.

In your case, you can use the Monthly payment schedule. You can also cancel/stop the paid subscription anytime.
