My users get an error message when they try to download the PDF attachment in the Email

    My users get an error message when they try to download the PDF attachment which is sent once someone completes one of the following forms:

    https://form.jotform.com/80076498459168


    The message reads -

    Adobe Acrobat could not open 'White Paper- Why Leadership Development is All Wrong-min (1).pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).


    To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then choose Save as Adobe PDF from the PDF dropdown in the Print dialog.

    We are again sorry for this trouble and thank you for your patience. 

    The problem should be fixed now. I tested this on my test form and everything is working as expected now.
