Unable to access my account

    Bdavid, can you please email me. I am having the same problem. Did not know I could not collect my client's cc info. I am a travel agent and at least need my client information form reactivated. Thank you.....

    I checked your form and I can see that you're asking for credit card information using the Basic fields. As per our terms of use, collecting credit cards is not allowed here in JotForm.

    We need to delete the guilty fields so we can re-activate your account back to good condition. If that is okay with you, please let us know.

    If you want to collect the credit card information of your user, try asking for a phone number and ask them via phone or email.

    i am trying to answer you through the thread, but won't allow. You can delete that form, but can you please re-activate my other form. Client info form. Has nothing to do with collecting cc info.     I have removed the guilty fields and re-activated your account. You can now use your forms and account properly.
