Hello JotForm Support,
Happy 2018~
I am having in mind to create a form that would provide information to the form user according to what they select and searching for ideas how I can achieve that the article "How to have forms that contains a reference data from another form" falls under my radar. However, while the demo is shown there in the thread, I am not 100% following how to do that. Can you please provide a "clone-able" version of the form for me to have a look at how it is set up?
Thank you very much in advance.
Regards,

I think what you're looking for is a way to pass data from one form to another. We have a specific article with step by step instructions that will guide you along the way.
Complete guide: How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form
Please give it a spin and let us know if you'd need further help.

Thank you Jim, this is exactly what I'm after (with a bonus to know how to pre-populate form using URL as well following the link in the article).
Thank you for the response, I don't know how long I'll need to spend looking for it if I have to find it myself.
Always feel great to be supported by such a patience and helpful team, keep up the great work.
Regards,
