Why my YouTube is not working?

    I embedded my file inside my form but when I publish it the videos is unavailable? PLEASE HELP!

    I tested out the link you have provided and in my case YouTube video it's working fine.

    Can you please make sure you are using the embed URL and not the watch URL?
