Unable to change the credit card, it redirects me to PayPal?

    Hi

    I want to change my billingplan from PayPal to creditcard, but when I click on billing I'm sent to my paypal account?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test by clicking on the "Change Credit Card" button and it does redirect to PayPal page. I am reporting it to our developers. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    Hi,

    We do not store your credit card information. So, you must change the card information on PayPal since you subscribed JotForm using PayPal.

    In order to update your credit card detail, you should do it on PayPal website. That is why we redirect you to PayPal page when you clicked Change Credit card button.

    If you do not remember PayPal username, we can provide this information. 

    Let us know if the more information required.

    Hi,
    I want to change from Paypal til creditcard. No link between. Is this not possible?

    What do you exactly want? 

    Do you want to update your credit card or change your subscription plan?

    I want to change from PayPal to creditcard. I need to use a creditcard (work) that I can't use on my private PayPal

    PayPal subscriptions cannot be switched to other payment methods, so in order to do that you will have to cancel your existing PayPal subscription (subscription number: S-3BM26195C4303042T), here is how: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription and then, once your account is downgraded, you can upgrade again by using a different payment method.
