Why my order form is not working?

Having issues with one of our forms and the error message is this:

"Error during transaction

The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive."

Can you please direct me how to fix this?

I have cloned your form and made a test order with our test account and it went successfully.

Can you please check your API Login ID and Transaction Key of your Merchant account and check back again?
