Cannot access files - Error Messagge 404

    Hi there,


    I'm writing to you because we cannot access the files uploaded on the questionnaires when clicking onto the links from the downloaded version of the questionnaire. Please let us know why is that and resolve it as soon as you can.

    That is because the files are protected so other users who don't have login credentials cannot access them.


    To allow your files to be downloaded by anyone who has the link, please follow these steps.

    1. Go to your Account Settings -> Select Settings on the left or just click this link https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    2. UNCHECK Require log-in to view uploaded files.

    You should be able to download your files now.
