502 Server Error

    Help!  I am getting a 502 Server error on the form below.  Need to process these ASAP:

    I removed the requirement that forms be attached, thinking maybe uploading forms was causing the error, but still receiving the server error without a form attached.

    It appears that forms are actually being submitted now, but the server error is still displaying instead of the "thank you, your submission has been received" message.

    There was a temporary error with one of our EU servers that should now be resolved.  Let us know if the issue persists and we will be happy to have another look.

    There is a separate error that is currently being addressed.  This error should be resolved shortly.  Thank you for your patience.

    Is there a specific form that can be used to reproduce this?  I tested your most recent form and my submission went through without issue.
