I'm unable to submit the form, all I get is a message that is temporarily unavailable because of high traffic.
I use this for work, so it is crucial that it is working
Will you let me know when I can expect it to be resolved, please?

There was a temporary error with one of our EU servers that should now be resolved. Let us know if the issue persists and we will be happy to have another look.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. I can confirm it is working now. How will I know in the future in advance that the form might not be available?
Is there anything that can be done on our side?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately the previous temporary glitch was unforeseen and was very brief. There wasn't enough time to alert users about it.
There is no alert feature or notice tool that will notify you in advance if forms are unavailable. But what you can do is to bookmark the JotForm Status page also so that you can at least check as needed if there is issue with the website.
