all form submissions receiving a 502 error

    When submitting any of our forms we are receiving a 502 error, https://form.jotform.us/freedomvoice/local-number-transfer-request

    There was a temporary error with one of our EU servers that should now be resolved.  Let us know if the issue persists and we will be happy to have another look.
