Ticket purchase Widget: Why is Ticket Purchase widget not saving changes made?

    I'm trying to use the Ticket Purchase widget, yet it will not save changes made to the text nor will it allow me to make updates to cloned versions of the form.

    On the duplicate form, the widget will not save changes to number in the curly brackets.

    On the new form I created, the widget will not save any information I enter.

    I have checked on the form you have shared and i see there is no ticket Purchase widget but rather you have Gift Registry Widget. In case this is the widget that is not updating changes, kindly try removing and adding back the widget.

    Also I did further checks on your form and I see you have incomplete conditional logic. Kindly also fix the conditional logic of your form to ensure your form works as intended.

    The first widget used was Gift Registry; the second was Ticket Purchase. I tried making both Gift Registry but now sections are dropping from my form in preview mode. For one form, the first Gift Registry dropped; in another form, the text box in between the two Gift Registry widgets dropped. 

    Is it possible to use two Gift Registry widgets in one form?

    How do I fix the issue of Ticket Purchase not updating changes?

    Yes it is possible to use two gift registries in one form. Have you tried removing and adding back the Gift Registry Widget?

    Also have you tried fixing conditional logic with missing statements as advised earlier?

    I have cleared your form cache kindly confirm changes made are being updated now.

    The first widget is Gift Registry; however, the second widget is Ticket Purchase. There are no missing fields in the conditions.

    When I go into the widget for Friday, February 9, and attempt to change the number available for an 11:40 AM time slot from {1} to {0}, the widget will not update. The problem we are having is not that the widget doesn't work when someone uses the form. The problem is that we are unable to edit the widget or save changes to it.

    I tested your form again and I noticed on the "Ticket Purchase" widget it was not updating changed made to the widget. I cloned your form and tested updating changes and it was not possible at all.

    Then I removed the widget and and added the "Ticket Purchase" widget to the form again and this tie it was accepting any changes made to widget.

    However I have noticed again when I make another clone of the form and test it same way as above the widget does not update new changes. Hence my conclusion the "Ticket Purchase" widget need to be checked further due to these inconsistencies.

    I have escalated the issue to our level2 team for further analysis and resolution of the issue. We will update you on this thread once the issue is resolved.

    It was temporary issue and fixed now, please try widget again and let as know if you will see any issues.
