502 Server Error

    Hello,

    We are getting a 502 server error when our users try to complete this survey.  I have tested it several times on our website, through the preview option in the form builder and using the direct link from jotform and I received the same server error.

    There was a temporary error with one of our EU servers that should now be resolved.  Let us know if the issue persists and we will be happy to have another look.
