Issue with service

We have a campaign running where people are directed to our website to complete a form to download a guide. We have noticed that the service has gone down as when we go to submit the form, a warning pop up says

I was wondering how soon will this be fixed as we have had to pause a paid advertising to stop directing traffic to our website.

There was a temporary error with one of our EU servers that should now be resolved.  Let us know if the issue persists and we will be happy to have another look.
