All of my forms appear to be down.

    When we click on websites with form, the web pages are blank.

    Your embedded forms are shown properly on my end.

    I also tested one of your embedded forms and I was able to submit the form without any issues.

    Maybe it was a temporary issue. Please check your websites again. You can also try to use some other browser or device.  

    If the issue still persists on your end, re-embed your form with the iFrame code to see if that will resolve the issue. Inside of this guide, you can find how to get an iFrame code of your form:
