We created a daily field report form via JotForm and it has been working well for us up until this point. I've had several employees say that they get everything necessary filled out, then they go to submit and the whole thing freezes and crashes, prompting them to have to fill the whole thing out all over again. Is there something that can be done to fix this problem?

There was a temporary error with one of our EU servers that should now be resolved. Let us know if the issue persists and we will be happy to have another look.
