Server Error today?

A number of people using our form are receiving the following message. Yet we are receiving their submissions. However, they are not receiving a confirmation, and are submitting the form multiple times. I just ran a test submission and it worked fine. Is this problem solved?

The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.

Please try again in 30 seconds.

There was a temporary error with one of our EU servers that should now be resolved.  Let us know if the issue persists and we will be happy to have another look.

The issue persists for us.
