Server Error when submitting forms

    Our technicians are receiving server errors whenever they try to submit forms via JotForm.  I am also getting the error in the office.  Is there something going on with JotForm servers at this time?  This is greatly hindering our workflow.

     

    EDIT:  I've seen answers to other people asking the same question.  I see that this server issue has been resolved, however, we are continuing to have problems as we speak.  Is there another issue we need to be made aware of?  When will this be resolved?

    Apologies for any inconvenience. Our developers are now aware of the situation and are now working to resolve the issue. This should be resolved shortly.

    We just got an update from our developers and the issue should be fixed. Please test your form(s) and feel free to let us know if the issue still persists on your end.

    Hi,

    This issue has been happening for us as well across about 6 different forms. 
    Our techs have been reporting this issue since 08/01/2018. 

    My latest report was from 5 minutes ago so the issue is definitely not resolved. 

    A little more troubleshooting info as well:

     - Even when the error message occurs sometimes (1 in 3) the data did actually submit successfully because when we check the submission the information has been saved even though we got the error. But again this is irregular. Most of the time when you get the error message the data was not saved.

     - On average the server error takes about 10-20mins to disappear. And is consistent across multiple devices (iPhones/iPads/Laptops) testing simultaneously.

    We are again experiencing the same server issues as yesterday.  What is the deal?  When will this be resolved?  This is severely hindering our projects.
