Need "Subject" form element

Very nice way to make forms!  I created a Contact Us form.  Is there an easy way to create a "Subject" field similar to the Name and other fields under the Basic Form Elements when making the form?  If not I suggest having a "Subject" under the Basic Form Elements as that would be helpful when creating a Contact Us form.  Thanks.

If you need a text input element, I would like to suggest trying a Short Text Entry element type from the quick elements. You can name it as the Subject field on the form.
