Hi,
A client is having problems for login into his account.
Username: losbrunos
This is bringing him several inconveniences in his activity. Can you reactivate his account as soon as possible?

The account was suspended because of this form: http://www.jotformz.com/form/70174859488674 and the reason is that you were collecting credit card information with plain text. Which is against our Terms of Use.
In order for us to restore that account, those fields have to be removed.
Payments should be collected only through one of our payment integrations: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

Thanks a lot for your response. I understand perfectly your reasons.
Now... can i directly remove those fields or i have to wait for you do that?
Right now i can't access to the account for delete the fields because the username is suspended.
