A client is having problems for login into his account.
This is bringing him several inconveniences in his activity. Can you reactivate his account as soon as possible?

In order for us to restore that account, those fields have to be removed.

Thanks a lot for your response. I understand perfectly your reasons.
Now... can i directly remove those fields or i have to wait for you do that?
Right now i can't access to the account for delete the fields because the username is suspended.
