I have the 'do not show empty fields' ticked on the email settings but the empty rows of the form still show in the email sent out from the form creating a lot of empty space. I assume it is to do with the questionRow element, I have tried various html and css options to suppress the empty space but failed. Any suggestions?
On the screen shot 'test' I would like to be directly under the line above.
Thanks
Terry

Sorry, that should have said 'Table in notification email'

When the email template is heavily modified, it might break the "Hide Empty Fields" feature, most probably because the script won't be able to detect the parent element of the field variable.
The easiest way to fix this is to create a new email notification. It should have all the default fields and the table. And as much as possible please do not change the table row or column. They should be intact. Text, however, can be modified. You can add text inside or outside the table.
Thanks

OK, thanks Cris. I'll start again and gradually modify rather than all in one go and see what happens.

Yes, you can do that as well. Do the changes piece by piece. As long as the table is intact, there shouldn't be any problem.
