I have created a boarding school fair registration form. I connected with our school's Square account for payment. I set it as a test mode for now. I would like to send payment receipt to the customer, but only the general admission email address is available for me to select. I would like to know how I can use attendee email address to send payment receipt.
How can I test the payment process without actually charging to my credit card?

Just set the Test Mode to Yes in your Square payment settings then use this test cards from Square when you make a test submission in your form.
To send the receipt from Square, you will have to configure that within your Square account.
If you want to send a copy of the customer's data along with their payment info, simply use an autoresponder then set the email field as the recipient. http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
