iPhone showing Required when filled

One of our users is finding that when he fills out one of our forms the Tel Number is showing a Required Error although the field is filled. If the Required is removed it works OK.
They are using an iPhone 9

Can you assist me with this.

I do not have an iPhone 9 to test your form, but I tested the form using an iPhone 8 emulator and I was not able to replicate the issue you reported.

I also noticed that the Phone Number fields looks differently on your form then on a screenshot you provided. Was the Input Mask feature enabled on your form previously?

From the screenshot you provided I saw that your form is embedded. Can you provide us the webpage URL, so that we can test the form there?

Can your user replicate the same issue when using the direct link of your form?

If the issue is related to your embedded form, please embed your form with the iFrame code to see if that will resolve the issue.

    Hi

No the input mask was not on.

I am awaiting a phone call from the user with regard as to why the screen shot looks different, they maybe thinking that the first cell is for one number and the second for another but I doubt that as they were able to "continue" when the "Required" was off.

The form is embedded with iframe.

I will send them the link for access to the form direct.

    No reply needed at present.

I have now spoken to the User that was having the problem and discovered why his phone was not showing the field correctly - Mobile Response Widget not in place.

    Sorry to have troubled you.
