I have already paid to upgrade to a silver package but my account does not show this.

    I have been told that my finance department have already paid to upgrade to a silver package but my account does not show this. Please could you check for me?

    Your account still shows as FREE on our side as well.

    What payment method did the finance department use?

    Checks, Purchase Orders, and Wire transfers can take a few days to complete.

    It should have been by credit card. I will check again tomorrow.
