Encrypted form: Data extraction not possible

    Dear Mr/mrs,

we are about to sign up for your paid service. Due to patient privacy laws, the encrypted form feature seems very attractive and I understand that decription happens on the desktop and that private key never gets sent to your servers.

Is there any way to download the full dataset and decrypt it locally? (any tool to recommend?)

As I understand right now from the forum, the data can only be viewed one record at the time in the browser with no possibility to get the data into a spreadsheet format exported, is that correct?

Unfortunately there is no way to download the data and decrypt it.

Some of the features that are not available for encrypted forms are:

    1. PDF Downloads.

    2. Reports (this includes downloading Excel and CSV files from within the Submissions Page).

    3. Emails: Email Notifications and Autoresponder (usually emailed to the form submitters).
