SQL Support: Can I integrate with SQLExpress and MS SQL?

I provide software solutions to clients and jotform can assist in certain aspects of the system, but I need to get the data into a SQL database.  I want to upgrade but if I cant do this there is no point in using this as part of a solution.

Before you upgrade you can test any of these approaches. I would recommend using the second option. Because your data will be instantly pushed to the database on submission.
