Are you referring to not receiving results via email? If that is the case, please check your spam folder, if you find the notifications there, make sure to mark them as NOT SPAM. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

and could see the quiz as in jotform email
but.....
i am still not receiving the quiz results as a separate email

Allow me to respond here.
Your form (62414481076151) doesn't have a submit button. Please note that the form needs to have it so users can submit the form. You will only get the result once the form is submitted, see to it that you have already configured the form through the Quiz App page.
Would you mind taking a screenshot of your configuration on the Quiz app page?
Note that you've shared us two forms, this one 62414481076151 and 61754777771167. Which one is your final form? Or you mean both are used?

Why did you added {35}, in front of your email address?
Please add only your email address and test the form again.
I tested your form https://form.jotform.com/60543937360154 and I receive an Autoreponder email. The email Notification was also sent to your email address.
Did you receive an email from my test submission?

i do not receive the quiz results as ###% of answers correct as i had in
the past
with regards to {35}
i was informed by a previous jotform communication to add this so that user
would receive the information also at their email adr which for this form
is {35}

Regards {35} - I did not know that that was possible. I found your other thread and I also made a test on my form and it is working correctly, so please disregard my reply previous reply to remove {35}.
I think that you are not receiving the Quiz results because on the screenshot you provided 'Use Custom Email Page.' option is not checked. Please check this option, save the quiz and test the form again.

Since that does not work, could you give it a try using: max.maizels@gmail.com, lhpbraga@gmail.com, {yourTests}
As well only to on recipient: max.maizels@gmail.com
