We're having continued problems with our registration form. This morning someone emailed us saying that the email field, which is required, was not showing up for them, so they couldn't enter any information and therefore couldn't submit the form (see screenshot). We're using the Field Confirmation widget for this, so people are required to enter their email and then verify it. I'm not sure if something weird is going on with that widget, but I haven't been able to replicate the issue on my end. Is there anything we can do to resolve this problem?Page URL:

UPDATE: The user who reported this issue said that they are apparently having wifi issues, which somehow caused this problem. So even though this is somewhat resolved, I'm wondering if anyone knows how wifi could possibly be the cause of such a weird problem. Any ideas?

Maybe a network glitch caused some parts of the form not to load (or partially load). So the script code, that is validating the field, maybe didn't load.
