My form is using Times New Roman font but the email template is not

    The font is set as Times New Roman 12; however, it is not coming across as this in email submissions.

    The email template has a different font set. You should select Times New Roman in the template if you wish to use it for your emails.

    It was selected. Is there a way to have your drop down menu confirm when a
    font is selected?

    It won't indicate, but you should see the font in the source view:
