Why are my cloned forms card stlye?

Hi there- I'm trying to Clone a form but the form is not cloning to the original style. Its's giving me a card template which I don't want. Is there something wrong with the function? Not sure why this is not working now. 

Go to your myaccount.

then Settings

Look for Form Layout and check if your layout is All question in One Page.

Now,when you clone all forms should be All Questions in One Page.
