We put on xmas party nights
We need date of event with drop down menu of different dates
We need party organiser name
Number in party (this could be anything upto 50 people + so a way of adding 50 names
Then menu choices which has different options for meals
Also at the end of it an option for a drinks package will drinks choices.

I also noticed that you have used the Multiple Selection Widget to gather data for Starter, Main, Dessert, and Special Dietary Requirements for each Party Guest Name.
I suggest that instead of you using multiple separate fields to gather Party Guest Names and their menu choices you can use the Configurable List widget. Then instead of using the Multiple Selection Widget, you can use the checkbox field in the Configurable List widget.
